 Odiham Cake Company, I spotted my friend Kirsten sharing their Milennium Falcon cake on Facebook, and the photos speak for themselves.

I was impressed that in situations where you could just use figures, the baker still goes out of their way to model the figures in icing.

Yo Sushi did a random Blue Thursday, so we called in

Smix turns eight on Monday, and this year Claire at the Lily Pink Bakery made his whole class super cool green frosted cupcakes, with rainbow sprinkles & glitter.

The toppers are Minecraft characters printed on rice paper which I picked up on eBay last month. 

It was also Michael's teacher's birthday actually today, so she told us they were having a Halloween party in the classroom today anyway!

We Made Auntie Anne's Pretzels at Home, So How Did They Turn Out?

Smix & I are huge Auntie Anne's fans, from their pretzel wrapped cocktail sausages, to their classic cinnamon twist pretzel. We spotted them selling bake at home kits, so thought we should give it a go! 

Resting the dough for 30 mins

Not as pretty as store bought, but along the right lines. 

Coated with butter and cinnamon sugar. 

Result was a thumbs up. Tasted like the real thing.
